How long of a walk? Where do you want me to walk your dog? What day(s) and time(s) are good for you? Do you want me to reschedule walks if weather is uncooperative? Or is your dog okay with a little snow and rain? Do you
only require my service during certain seasons?
Emergency Information
I am experienced walking dogs, and I've never had something go wrong. However, "If you fail to plan you plan to fail." It would be best if you include an emergency phone number and a plan in case something were to happen on a walk. Does your dog have any medical complications that I should be aware of?
Owner Information
